If you have any questions, concerns, comments, whatever it may be, ASK IT HERE. That way others and myself may answer your questions quicker, easier, and to allow you to learn from other peoples questions.

This also allows me to add on to the FAQ if frequent questions arise.

Well i am the programmer, game designer, administrator, moderator, work full-time and study full-time when i dont work. Not a lot of time u see. Ill have more time when school starts again.

Two more questions:

1)When do I start encountering gas pockets. I have $77,541 but I'm not sure if i should spend it on a gas pocket converter thingy. I'm at approximately 5,200 feet now.

2) what exactly does the tractor beam do? Is there a maximum range it can acquire minerals?

1. Well, when u suddenly explode (and die) you would know you hit a gas pocket. Actually, there is a transmission that explains gas pockets before you would encounter any.
2. Tractor beam can "bring aboard" minerals that are above, below, and on the sides to your ship (its range is 10 ft - one earth block).

Well, they are all around the same depth, if you found one, just keep looking. And, fyi, there are only 5 or so super parts.
